Our Tilt And Turn Windows

We’re proud to offer our customers the best tilt and turn windows you’ll ever find. We work closely with home improvement experts Truframe and have received consistently excellent feedback on our windows.

Our tilt and turn windows are made with premium-quality uPVC and boast exceptional energy efficiency, security and aesthetics. They’re defined by their dual opening methods; either turning wide open on a side hinge or tilting inwards for a smaller, more subtle ventilation.

They also provide superior thermal efficiency. There are four symmetrical chambers contained within the frames that help limit heat loss and include our efficient double glazing as standard. We can even upgrade them with triple glazing on request, allowing them to achieve U-values as impressive as 0.93 W/m²K. You’ll have to rely on your central heating and air conditioning far less, saving money on your energy bills each month and over time, these windows will have paid for themselves!

Features

The four chamber profiles not only reduce household heat loss, but they make our windows exceptionally sturdy and reliable. Our windows can withstand attempted break-ins and deliberate attempts to damage them and are inherently tough and long-lasting.

Alongside their incredible strength, our tilt and turn windows come with a variety of smaller features to enhance their performance. These are the understated heroes that take these windows to the next level. Click on the points on the image to the right and learn more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Tilt And Turn Windows Easy To Clean?

Yes, this is one of their big advantages. By opening wide on the side hinge, you can easily reach the window and give it a full clean.

Can I Open These Windows Even If It’s Raining?

Yes, so long as you use the tilt function. The angle of the window will mean the rainwater drains away from your house, so you can still ventilate your home when the heavens open.

Are They Secure When Open In The Tilt Position?

Yes, the locking mechanism isn’t released when the window tilts so they will remain secure.

Can I Use A Tilt And Turn Window As A Fire Escape?

Yes, they open wide enough that you could use them to escape from an emergency if the usual exits are blocked.

Are These Windows Soundproof?

Install our tilt and turn windows and you can expect a quieter house. They are fitted with superior gaskets that provide total protection against harsh weather and insulate against external noise as a side effect. If you have a neighbour with a fondness for riding loud motorcycles up and down the road, these windows will help to significantly reduce the noise.
